A gunman shot his ex-girlfriend at the China Palace in San Antonio, Texas.  Patrons at the restaurant ran to a nearby movie cinema and the gunman followed.  At one point, the gunman shot a man outside of the theatre and shot at a marked San Antonio police car.  He entered the theatre and was shot by an off duty sheriff's deputy.  After being treated at the hospital, the gunman is in jail.
